Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Responsibilities
- Support the agenda to improve ML model capabilities to stop Transaction Fraud
- Own horizontal stakeholder management across Data Science and Enterprise Platform teams
- Manage the Claims System of Record (CSOR) and Fraud Reporting Service (FRS)
- Partner closely with the Business Analyst team and Tech teams
- Play a strong role in data strategy and manage technical infrastructure
- Build capabilities in the Delivery Module of platform version 2.0
- Manage day to day operations of 1 tech team
- Engage with Servicing Strategy Business Analysts to identify areas of opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
- 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
