Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Responsibilities

  • Support the agenda to improve ML model capabilities to stop Transaction Fraud
  • Own horizontal stakeholder management across Data Science and Enterprise Platform teams
  • Manage the Claims System of Record (CSOR) and Fraud Reporting Service (FRS)
  • Partner closely with the Business Analyst team and Tech teams
  • Play a strong role in data strategy and manage technical infrastructure
  • Build capabilities in the Delivery Module of platform version 2.0
  • Manage day to day operations of 1 tech team
  • Engage with Servicing Strategy Business Analysts to identify areas of opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
