Sr. Associate – Strategic Finance – Consumer Forecasting & Analytics

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience
Experience building complex forecast models using SQL, Excel, and other tools

Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for consumer ecosystem metrics.
Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
Leverages advanced knowledge to develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks.
Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
