Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes.
Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
Contributes to the culture and values of the organization including diversity, inclusion, and belonging, through organization-wide events and initiatives.
