The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco Bay Area, or New York.
This Senior Associate will work as part of the Strategic Finance – Online Subscriptions Growth team dedicated to LinkedIn’s Premium products. This person will play a pivotal role on the team, partnering with and coaching junior Associates to identify, evaluate, and execute against opportunities to grow LinkedIn’s online subscription base. Already excelling in data analysis, any candidate for this role should be looking to further flex their strategic thinking skills, as outlined below. Partnership with Product and Engineering business partners will be key to success in this role, in both strategy-setting for and deeply performance managing the Online Subscriptions initiative roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
- Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
- Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
- Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
Stakeholder Influence
- Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
- Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.
Execution & Organization
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
Performance Management
- Accesses, transforms, and synthesizes data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $96,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
