Sr. Technical Business Analyst, Alternatives Investor Relations
The Team
We are a relatively new and growing team here at Fidelity, servicing the suite of Alternative Investment products that have been built and launched by Fidelity. This new space offers Fidelity a new asset class previously unexplored by current day Fidelity funds (ETFs, Mutual Funds). We are looking to add a Tech savvy full stack Analyst to join our team and focus on building/maintaining our client communications using our SAAS platforms. We are looking for someone that has deep technical and analytical skills, communication skills and flexible in a constantly evolving environment.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s or equivalent
3 – 5+ years Systems Development Business Analyst experience, with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
Proficient in SQL Server SQL/Stored Procedure development.
RDL Development through MS Report Builder is preferred.
Experience capturing business requirements.

Ability to balance multiple projects; thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and work well collaboratively as well as independently!
You have hands-on experience with programming languages such as JAVA and Python with use of APIs would be a bonus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical competence to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders optimally.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine technical and business requirements.
Analyze client needs to craft and implement solutions that improve the business and client experience.

Familiarity with modern UI frameworks, including Angular.
Coordinating support and development on external vendor SaaS platforms.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability.
Thinks strategically about the end-to-end process and how platform updates / new releases may impact the team, business and processes.
Build comprehensive documentation to support development, testing and end-user utilization or training.
