Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner operations and/or sales operations, with additional experience in analytics or business intelligence to support operational insights.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools to extract and analyze partner-related data.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.
- Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze partner performance trends, bookings, and pipeline contributions across GSIs, CSPs, MSSPs, and resellers to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that measure ecosystem performance, partner influence, and sales acceleration.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and growth.
- Enhance partner tracking and attribution models by collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve influence tagging and deal visibility.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data extraction, analysis, and visualization for executive stakeholders.
- Identify areas for partner-led initiatives and incremental revenue growth, ensuring alignment with ecosystems and company strategic initiatives.
- Support strategic projects, including ROI modeling for partnerships and optimizing partner incentives to drive business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is preferred.
