Sr Business Information Consultant

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
• May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
• Works in an Agile environment to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define business needs, milestones and deliverables, and identify and mitigate risks to the planned development.
• Collaborate with developers and business partners in an Agile environment to build an industry-leading Risk platform.
• Understand requirements of the evolving Value Based Care program ecosystem and translate those business requirements into test cases to ensure defect-free releases into production.
• Understand detailed business Acceptance Criteria, technical descriptions and create test plans.
• Leads high-visibility enterprise projects to ensure product designs are consistent across application sub-teams and in-line with stakeholder expectations.
• Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
• Use Analytic tools to evaluate patterns and trends in Value-Based Program Populations.
• Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to write test cases.
• Ability to identify data needs and prepare/request test data.
• Ability to test using positive and negative test cases.
• Ability to create and link defects and re-test fixed defects.
• Ability to provide UAT update to Product Owner or during scrum calls.
• Ability to capture results in the test case/test results document.
• Ability to attach test document to the story.
• Ability to provide test case count to Product Owner before each release.
