Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Ability to analyze and leverage data
- Proficiency in excel
- Process improvement skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Indirectly managing approximately 5 BPO agents across Manila and India, serving as their coach and point of escalation
- Setting clear OKRs for the teams and ensuring expectations are met
- Providing regular updates to the manager and leadership on the status and progress of accounts
- Identifying and addressing roadblocks, finding solutions to overcome challenges
- Continuously seeking ways to evolve the role, whether by expanding the book of business or taking on additional scope as new opportunities arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in collections
- Advanced excel experience
- Familiarity with Billtrust and Oracle
- Coaching or management experience
- Ability to multi-task
