Sr. Cloud Engineer I

Active TS/SCI with CI poly is required.
Current certifications to meet 8140/8570 standards (e.g. Security+ or above)
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience building AWS cloud infrastructure solutions at scale across multiple classification domains (IL5 to IL6+) simultaneously
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues.
Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience creating, managing, and hardening server OS images across multiple classification domains in the cloud using AMIs
Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, EBS, etc..
An understanding of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a cloud environment.

Design and deploy cloud-based architectures, ensuring optimal scalability, reliability, and security while adhering to industry standards.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, resolve complex issues, and enhance cloud infrastructure performance
Champion the evaluation and integration of emerging cloud technologies and methodologies to improve our client’s cloud ecosystem
Establish and execute robust cloud governance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
