Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities
- Ensure residents experience nothing short of luxury living
- Provide incredible customer service and create a sense of community
- Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations
- Continuously reach out with tailored updates to prospective residents
- Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to associates
