Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably with international, high-tech or medical device industry knowledge.
- Excellent statistical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven knowledge of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
- Technical skills in system design, configuration, and troubleshooting of compensation systems.
- Exceptional communication and relational skills, with the ability to build solid relationships and influence partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with meticulous attention to details.
- Must be able to work productively in an environment with high levels of interruption.
- Excellent customer orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously without much direction or supervision.
- Effectively participate as a contributing member of the Total Rewards team.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of Intuitive’s business models and strategies and identify complementary compensation strategies and solutions.
- Manage efforts to identify opportunities for process automation in compensation workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions. Help integrate new tools and automate existing processes for more efficient data management and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and assist with technology solutions to help Compensation initiatives such as market analysis, internal equity review, assessing market competitiveness, performance and compensation, and other programs to drive compensation strategies that underpin our organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing assistance with compensation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and train user base.
- Develop and maintain solid, collective partnerships with internal collaborators, partner organizations and Total Rewards team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
