Requirements

  • Undergraduate studies in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Professional human resources designation preferred or interest in furthering HR knowledge and expertise by pursuing certification.
  • Ten or more years of diverse HR experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of planning strategy, organizational development, HR practices, performance management, change management, associate relations, legal compliance, recruiting and one or more HR specialties.
  • Very strong interpersonal, communication, collaborating, advising and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supports HR, senior business leaders and associates in developing and executing key programs and initiatives.
  • Advises, influences and develops people and talent strategies to drive business success.
  • Connects with our Centers of Expertise to develop and/or deliver strategic HR initiatives.
  • Supports senior leadership teams on business and associate matters.
  • Leads and serves as advisor and coach on initiatives to successfully use HR processes and resources.
  • Proactively partners with our Recruitment team to develop successful recruiting strategies and plans of new associates.
  • Serves on both HR and business unit committees, including developing and leading strategies, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Adheres to or develops new standard methodologies.
  • Analyzes data and trends and recommends, develops, and delivers on plans to improve associate experiences.
  • Supports compliance of all federal, state and local regulations, security and integrity of data including personal and confidential information.
