Requirements
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, sales enablement, data analytics, and testing.

- Expertise in data analytics and testing with the ability to leverage insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

- FINRA Series 6 license required within 120 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketing journeys across all distribution channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing journeys, utilizing data, analytics, and testing to enhance performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Life Sales Enablement Team to support generation and delivery of marketing leads.
- Report directly to the Director of Life Intermediated Marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field; graduate degree highly desirable.
- Technical insurance designations such as CPCU, CLU, ChFC, FLMI considered a plus.
- Typically, 10 or more years related professional experience in marketing, field sales management, insurance or related field. Master’s degree may be substituted for a portion of the experience requirements as appropriate. Prior marketing development and project leadership exposure/experience preferred.
