Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of prime contract administration experience within a large international engineering and construction firm is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform both procurement and contract management duties for a major public sector infrastructure program.
- Solicitation and selection activities leading to the award of contracts for agency-required services.
- Provide oversight of contracts post-award through effective management and contract compliance practices.
- Implement effective contract management practices and compliance during the contract execution phase.
- Prepare and provide for the mitigation and settlement of changes and claims through appropriate project correspondence and documentation practices.
- Perform reviews of project contract documents and establish program guidelines, processes, and procedures for contract management.
- Coordinate the interface between the contract management function and other technical, management, and control functions of the program team on contractual issues.
