Requirements

  • Experienced in managing equipment maintenance and repair within culinary and food service settings, including coordination with vendors and internal facilities teams.
  • Skilled in end-to-end catering operations, from placing orders and event setup to execution and vendor management for meetings, events, and special occasions.
  • Highly organized with solid project coordination skills, adept at handling multiple priorities and collaborating successfully across departments.
  • Capable of creating signage and visual communications, with foundational design skills and knowledge with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all culinary equipment maintenance and repairs, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Manage catering logistics to deliver high-quality service and flawless execution for meetings, events, and special occasions.
  • Maintain the taps program to provide a consistent, well-curated, and enjoyable beverage experience.
  • Design and implement thoughtful signage to enhance the culinary program, improving communication and engagement.
  • Support the Culinary Program Manager across all aspects of the program, contributing to vendor management, operational excellence, and continuous program development.
