Requirements
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
Responsibilities
- Collect data and develop models to determine trends
- Import, clean, transform, and manipulate data for decision-making
- Prepare and submit statistical reports and graphic illustrations
- Work closely with Knowledge Management & Training leadership
- Create strategies to build and maintain KPI and metric dashboards
- Establish automated reports for self-service by stakeholders
- Maintain processes for data hygiene and integrity
- Interact with Knowledge Management associates, technical writers, trainers, and support engineers
- Suggest recommendations for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and MS Office
- Understanding of statistical concepts and research data
- Experience with data and reporting tools from 3rd party vendor systems
