Requirements
- 4+ years proven experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis in an ML engineer or data scientist role building and deploying ML models or hands on experience developing deep learning models
- 4+ years demonstrated ability with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) coupled with big data architecture and pipeline, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- 4+ years articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data, including data visualization
- Mathematics Calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability
- Programming expertise in Python and SQL and ability working with relational database using SQL
- Expertise applying machine learning concepts and techniques related to supervised and unsupervised learning
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with multi-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements sophisticated predictive models and analytics solutions to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
- Leads the extraction and analysis of data using advanced statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Manages and mentors junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and advanced analytical thinking within the team
- Work with cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers and product managers to deliver GenAI powered products
- Evaluates the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and improves data collection methods
- Presents findings and translates complex data into actionable strategies for senior management and stakeholders
- Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s/Advanced Degree Quantitative Discipline (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering)
