Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Metrology solutions, including but not limited to dimensional metrology (films, OCD, overlay) and materials metrology.
  • Logic processes and integration strategies in wafer front-end.
  • Macro inspection and metrology solutions, including process control strategies in wafer front-end and packaging.
  • Yield management.
  • Lithography solutions tied to advanced packaging processes.
  • Demonstration of proactively supporting a cross-functional team collaboration and partnership to positive outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a performance and metrics focused team.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively.
  • Travel to Intel Global locations is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Intel’s long-term roadmap.
  • Map Onto’s process solutions roadmap against Intel’s priorities. Identify opportunities based on clear definition of high value problems.
  • Initiate, own and drive effective short- and long-term technical programs, including but not limited to SOW definition, resource alignment, and critical milestone execution.
  • Report and align internal cross-functional organization (BU GM, marketing, R&D, and apps) against the overall success criteria and interim technical program milestones.
  • Coordinate effective communication between Intel and Onto through periodic reviews, TRM preparation, and other technical interfaces.
  • Outline successful outcomes including quantification of expected and realized value proposition.
  • Nurture long-term relationships within the TD and process integration/module engineers (where applicable) aimed at identifying high value problems and initiating/driving strategic collaborations.
  • Enable effective communication, serving as critical interface between Intel and field in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Maintain strategic business outlook with a longer-term vision to drive significant improvement gains in market share, SAM expansion, and profitable growth.
  • Leverage regional and headquarter resources to meet and exceed the business objectives.
  • Gather customer intelligence that can contribute to competitive analysis and work closely with marketing and engineering to consider data in the creation of product road maps and strategic planning process.
  • Understand customer inflections and collaborate with marketing and key partners to develop go-to-market strategies.
