Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise software sales, with 7+ years leading high-performing sales teams (BDRs, AMs, AEs)
- Exceptional track record in self-prospecting and new logo acquisition, with proven ability to coach hunting strategies
- Demonstrated success building and scaling BDR/enterprise sales teams focused on net-new business development
- Expert in developing prospecting playbooks and coaching sales methodologies across full-cycle enterprise deals
- History of securing multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts through strategic C-suite engagement
- Proven ability to mentor teams in navigating complex sales cycles and building executive relationships
- Deep expertise selling technology solutions to procurement, supply chain, and logistics executives
- Track record of implementing successful business development frameworks and coaching best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive hypergrowth initiatives with target of $5M+ in incremental revenue expansion
- Lead and develop a growing team of enterprise sales professionals
- Direct influence on product strategy and market direction
- Key member of DAT’s senior leadership team
- Multi-million dollar marketing and sales enablement budget
- Own and drive revenue targets, including new logo acquisition, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance-driven execution, and customer obsession.
Preferred Qualifications
- Freight, logistics, or transportation industry experience is a significant plus
- Familiarity with supply chain technology and transportation management systems (TMS) is advantageous
