Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience with management and execution of corporate recognition platforms.
  • 4+ years coordination and planning experience for corporate events.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in Illustrator a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company’s corporate recognition platform, including engagement, communications, reporting and working with platform vendor for continued improvement to enhance the team member experience.
  • Design, coordinate, communicate and execute various events and programs for Mr. Cooper team members across all office sites.
  • Assist, coordinate, and execute special events and projects, including executive/team events and the annual incentive trip.
  • Assist, coordinate, and communicate promotions, special orders, and inventory control for the company store.
  • Assist, communicate, and execute seasonal events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating group travel programs a plus.
  • Experience in Illustrator a plus.
