Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years supporting Enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, and management of the enterprise desktop environment consisting of a Windows and Apple environment.
- Technical lead for the (Windows/Macintosh Toolset), including security, patch, and compliance of devices.
- Provides compliance of the computing environment.
- Identifying roll on procedures and hurdles to bringing customers onto a Managed IT environment.
- Works as the technical lead for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment, collaborating with Infrastructure team members to determine best practices for Virtual Desktop and Application Publishing.
- Lead projects and oversee the daily execution of processes, operations, and support activities for client technologies.
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and the Service Desk to ensure best-practice procedures and technologies are introduced and maintained.
