Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-impact engineering teams, ideally with a mix of infrastructure and product focus.
- A collaborative leadership style with a track record of fostering trust, alignment, and ownership across teams.
- Deep understanding or hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks or related ML/AI ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including planning, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
