Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Analyst

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Certified Internal Auditor
Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 external audits
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Implement and sustain the EHS Programs
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness and compliance
Lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses and develop strategies to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations and standards
Foster a health and safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement
Maintain accurate records and reports on EHS activities, incidents, and compliance
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for the facility
Promote and oversee environmental sustainability initiatives within the facility
Effectively deliver safety messages during monthly communication meetings, lead the EHS Committee, develop and disseminate EHS messaging, and create engaging PowerPoint presentations
Provide support and expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment across Omnicell’s other manufacturing sites
