Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field is essential; an MBA is highly valued.
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting, demonstrating increasing levels of strategic impact.
- Master-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modeling, compelling data visualization, and the use of macros.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, Power Query, Power BI) is a significant plus.
- A strong foundation in core finance and accounting principles, including NPV, IRR, ROCE, and Journal Entries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently advise and influence senior leadership.
- A proven ability to take initiative and work independently, while also recognizing when to seek input and support.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to effectively manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Forge strong, collaborative relationships with Regional leadership and stakeholders, becoming their go-to financial expert.
- Develop sophisticated, Excel-based financial models that empower robust budgeting, insightful forecasting, and comprehensive scenario analysis.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and deliver clear, concise reports on critical financial metrics, including gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify and implement impactful cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles with precision and strategic alignment.
- Leverage your expertise as a Super User for SAP and Business Warehouse (BW), maximizing the power of our data warehouse reporting tools.
- Spearhead the regional commission planning process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and insightful analysis.
