Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters and information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Prioritize daily issues, tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Comfortable working independently; self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and presentation of performance trend and variance analysis reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership with visibility of key financial and operational performance metrics, ensuring accurate, timely reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance using various systems and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee and optimize the calculation and submission of commissions and incentives to accounting payroll and management teams.
  • Run scenario analysis to understand the financial impact of proposed changes to commission and incentive plans.
  • Manage and ensure data quality through regular maintenance and updating of systems and datasets.
  • Lead efforts in reconciling system discrepancies through detailed analysis and process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for key reporting processes and operational workflows.
  • Drive collaboration with data owners to create and implement improvements that ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive organizational and client data.
