Sr. Financial Analyst

5–10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a strong plus.

Deliver accurate and insightful financial and operational analysis to key stakeholders, including executives, lenders, and investors.
Lead forecasting initiatives, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Maintain and enhance comprehensive financial models and forecasts—including P&L statements, cash flow, and key metrics—to assess performance and guide decision-making.
Build and maintain dynamic, scenario-driven models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
Present strategic insights and financial forecasts to senior leadership.
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals and constraints.
Develop and manage long-range financial plans, including 5-year strategic roadmaps that align with market trends and company objectives.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Support M&A integration efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding of newly acquired entities.
