Requirements
- At least 7+ years of product management experience, with 5 years of product experience directly related to growth and monetization
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for various products
- Experience in setting up and leading robust experimentation and A/B testing processes
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metric-based product development
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Proactive self starter with strong bias for action
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, Marketing, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the product vision for growth initiatives, building alignment across teams and leadership
- Drive features through the full lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration
- Build and prioritize the growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiative
- Own key performance indicators that directly impact company goals, particularly around mobile user acquisition, adoption, and revenue
- Establish a lightweight experimentation framework that drives rapid learnings and actionable insights
- Design and execute A/B tests in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
- Analyze user behavior data using mobile analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain growth models to track and forecast success metrics
- Lead teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute high-impact experiment
- Partner with product designers to create engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with marketing to align product features with acquisition and retention goals
- Share insights and test results across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in fast-growing, consumer-facing apps that have strong subscription growth
