Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in English, Instructional Design, or related studies
- Proven experience with instructional content development, editorial planning, video production or enterprise publishing
- Validated ability to lead, guide, and coach video content creators
- Excellent structural editing, verbal communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Deep knowledge of the digital imaging and photography creative domain and related community
Responsibilities
- Keep content roadmap on schedule and within budget
- Evaluate content performance and library health
- Recommend content lifecycle activities based on data-driven insights
- Create quarterly content plans to be reviewed and approved with Head of Experience and Engagement Content Strategy & Learn Content
- Source instructional content creators to deliver against planned editorial calendar and Learn content standards
- Interpret content performance data to distill content effectiveness insights and inform future content investments
- Host partner alignment meetings to review content strategy and priorities
- Partner with self-publishing client teams to assess how their learning content fits within the broader Learn Photoshop library
- Ensure all content database records are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide content status updates to Learn Content Program Manager and participate in program management processes for project tracking
- Support strategic programs and experience improvements prioritized by the Learn Program and product roadmap
- Work without close supervision but seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers
- Create own content as able or interested
- Have an informed perspective on how generative AI can augment content workflows and scale instructional content across a learning ecosystem
