Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 plus years Retail Multi-Unit asset protection/Retail Multi-Unit asset protection experience. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Management experience or additional relevant experience. (Required)
  • 1-3 years Proven ability to leverage AI and digital technologies to enhance asset protection practices with a focus on innovation, automation and data driven decision making. (Required)
  • 1-3 years Proven ability to map, assess, and re-engineer workflows. (Required)
  • Organizing-Highly organized and goals focused with an ability to organize groups (Required)
  • People Management-Demonstrated people management experience (Required)
  • Asset Protection/Loss Prevention-Deep understanding of loss prevention strategies and implementation (Required)
  • Confidentiality-Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information. Exhibit solid understanding of individual and department goals as well as an in-depth understanding of business operations.(Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the activities and the delivery of field AP services throughout the assigned transformation areas (retail, CEC, engineering assets, digital)
  • Inspire performance excellence on the part of all staff members.
  • Develop and assist with asset protection transformation education and awareness training for T-Mobile employees and AP team.
  • Develop and execute strategies and policies in conjunction with the Director of AP, to ensure AP programs are progressive and aligned the company direction.
  • Drive process compliance with all corporate program standards and achieve maximum results.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital and Analytical Acumen-Strong understanding of exception-based reporting systems and digital tool rollouts (Preferred)
