Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience (additional BI & Analytics certifications a plus)
  • Typically requires 9+ years of related professional experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience specifically in Business Analytics
  • Proficiency using Power BI/Tableau, SAS, SQL, Python
  • Familiarity with cloud technology (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Experience with Azure SQL Server Management and SQL Agent

Responsibilities

  • Proactively makes recommendations to advance our analytics capabilities and enhance our technical environment
  • Run complex and detailed analyses to identify areas of improvement and increasing efficiency
  • Perform critical ad hoc analytics for senior leadership
  • Understand business needs and objectives, ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business insights
  • Consulting business to align data strategy to support business objectives
  • Responsible for coaching and developing direct reports
  • Works closely with IT and Business SMEs to achieve required project goals
  • Ensures adequate documentation of processes and work products
  • Experience working with complex data sourcing across different technologies
  • Ability to build and support data visualization solutions
  • Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
  • Present findings periodically to leaders of the organization
