Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven track record of successfully building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution while guiding stakeholders through collaborative shared decision-making processes
  • Possesses strong and effective project and change management skills that foster personal and professional growth, champions innovation and accountability, and advances the capabilities of a high-performing team
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting high-growth and fast-paced business units and an employee base that is distributed across the US

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HRLT Steering Committee to design and execute employee engagement strategies that align with company values, culture, and overall business objectives
  • Lead and develop an effective Employee Engagement team that will develop and drive programs that improve employee experience with measurable improvements to the candidate pipeline, engagement scores, and retention
  • Partner with all areas of Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and other functions as needed to execute employee experience strategies and drive execution to deliver measurable results
  • Lead the development of employee experience journey maps to assess USIC’s strengths and weaknesses. These end-to-end journey maps will extend from an external candidate’s first impression of USIC to the point of long-term career success
  • Analyze employee feedback, engagement surveys, and HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and lead action planning on employee survey results to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, connected, and aligned with company goals
  • Provide regular business updates for leadership including metrics, benchmarking, qualitative employee feedback, and progress indicators
  • Support transition and change management for any USIC initiative that impacts the employee experience. Provide employee engagement support to any future M&A integration initiatives
  • Deliver project results that meet requirements and are delivered within designated timelines and budgets
