Responsibilities
- Empower and guide a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies to increase revenue, achieve corporate objectives, and expand our market share.
- Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and decision-makers (C-suite, buying influencers) to secure long-term partnerships.
- Coach and mentor team members, nurturing their skills and driving peak performance.
- Actively recruit top talent, build a strong sales team, and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage T-Mobile’s innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.
- Prioritize business opportunities, craft effective sales strategies to drive growth, and ensure revenue targets are met with precision.
- Build high-level relationships and develop strategic plans to expand our presence within the Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs segment.
- Employ a consultative approach to identify new sales opportunities and position T-Mobile solutions to drive maximum value for enterprise customers.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for existing accounts, leading sales cycles to fulfill long-term client needs.
- Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years of Outside Sales Experience
- 2-4 years of Technology Sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)
- 2-4 years of Prospecting/Account Management
