Job Summary:

  • Lead a high impact team to ensure all the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process are completed so that our customers have an exceptional experience in getting the right products, right away
  • Lead a team of Order Management Coordinators and Specialists to manage orders and EDI processes
  • Works with our Center of Excellence team to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline the manual effort to close Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Drives all aspects of the day-to-day operations to ensure order fulfillment and that orders are processed, fulfilled, billed and closed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Influences supplier relationships and negotiates settlements for financial disputes.
  • Produce, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all team members
  • Manages our Third Party Technology vendor for EDI to ensure accurate supplier onboarding and flawless transaction management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in related field
  • 3 or more years experience leading professional team members 
  • Solid competence in customer operations, fulfillment, supplier performance & supply chain

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management of hybrid/on-site and virtual front-line teams
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Able to synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and actively identify potential supply issues

Compensation:

Below is the anticipated base pay compensation range for this position.
