Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5-years of relevant industry experience
- Familiarity with temporary infrastructure projects in addition to permanent construction
- Experience in development of seating bowl designs and camera platform locations
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and proven success at building excellent working relationships
- Experience working with colleagues across multiple functional areas
- Excellent leadership skills with track record of people development and revenue achievement
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve issues
- Fluent working with Office suite products including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with experience in defining tasks, seeking feedback, and evolving work where applicable

Responsibilities
- Assist in design development for all seating bowls across the Olympic and Paralympic Games plans, both existing and temporary seating bowls
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, including architecture and engineering resources, Broadcast and Ticketing teams
- Assist in the development and management of venue-specific workshops and seating bowl working groups as part of the design process
- Provide support on operations planning and incorporating many requirements, often with competing priorities and complexities
- Establish close working relationships with key functional areas (especially Venue Management, Venue Development Cluster Managers, Hospitality & Ticketing, Broadcast, Games Operations, etc.) to ensure the seating bowl design development process aligns with cross-functional planning timelines and objectives
- Coordinate across multiple functional areas and prioritize their locations within the seating bowl to ensure proper sight lines while also minimizing revenue impact or seat kills, especially, Broadcast and Press for their camera platform, tabled press and commentator positions
- Closely align with the Infrastructure Program Management Sub-function to ensure coordinated planning for all seating bowl design and delivery milestones and deliverables
- Problem solve and negotiate with stakeholders to get the best outcomes
