Responsibilities

  • Identify, integrate, and manage technology solutions to support T&D initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for seamless integration
  • Monitor emerging technologies and implement pilot programs
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and tools for T&D programs
  • Innovate with modern training methodologies to boost learner engagement
  • Create and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Establish and enforce governance structures for T&D technology
  • Define KPIs to measure technology utilization and program success
  • Conduct regular audits of tools and processes
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage LMS configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide strategic reporting and analytics from the LMS
  • Act as a trusted advisor to T&D leadership
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations teams
  • Coach and support T&D team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern training methodologies (e.g., gamification, AI tools)
