Requirements

Responsibilities
- Identify, integrate, and manage technology solutions to support T&D initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for seamless integration
- Monitor emerging technologies and implement pilot programs
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and tools for T&D programs
- Innovate with modern training methodologies to boost learner engagement
- Create and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Establish and enforce governance structures for T&D technology
- Define KPIs to measure technology utilization and program success
- Conduct regular audits of tools and processes
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage LMS configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide strategic reporting and analytics from the LMS
- Act as a trusted advisor to T&D leadership
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations teams
- Coach and support T&D team members
