Responsibilities
- Lead Restaurant Technology Assessments: Be responsible for the vendor and the process of evaluating restaurant technology and network infrastructure, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments using the existing tools.
- Lead Remediation Projects: Coordinate with multiple remediation vendors to implement vital technology changes. Ensure all remediation work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Ensure Deployment Readiness: Supervise the entire process from initial assessment to final readiness, ensuring each restaurant is fully prepared for the Restaurant Platform Foundation deployment.
- Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with assessment and remediation vendors, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Supervise progress and address any issues to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of assessments and remediation work.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership. Communicate effectively with all partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Training and Support: Coordinate training and support to any new vendors brought on to support the new technology implementations and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
