Requirements
- Experience owning the campaign strategy at a B2B company targeting Director, VP and C-level executives
- Very strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, the buyer’s journey, and how to prioritize your decision-making based on pipeline and revenue impact
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (experience with Contentful CMS is a plus)
- A data-driven approach to demand generation, with a strong understanding of how to test variables in your campaigns and identify winning tactics
- You are self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses strong execution and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and SDR team members to develop and plan campaigns via campaign briefs, tactics and content requirements
- Perform marketing database segmentation and organization for marketing email execution and collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize campaign reach
- Support cross-functional marketing initiatives with landing pages, emails, landing page creation, workflows, etc. as needed
- Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Create emails in HubSpot for pre- and post- event (both virtual and in-person) promotion – from operational setup to copywriting
- Build landing pages in Contentful for converting prospects into qualified leads
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Continuously optimize tactics and digital channels to improve performance and increase effectiveness
- Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign KPIs and metrics, and strategic planning documents
- Enable SDR and Sales team members to successfully follow up on campaigns via documentation, in-person training, and internal communication
