Sr. Network Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in network administration, preferably in a multi-site or data center environment.
Strong hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, firewalls, and load balancers.
Experience with IP address management (IPAM) and subnetting.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing/switching infrastructure across data centers.
Maintain a zero-trust security model, implementing strict access controls, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege principles.
Configure and maintain Versa, Aruba/Cisco/Juniper/Arista, or equivalent network hardware.
Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected.
Perform regular network performance tuning, capacity planning, and load balancing.
Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices.
Coordinate with the Data Center team on network provisioning, rack planning, and cable management.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
Perform disaster recovery planning, failover configuration, and redundancy testing.
Participate in on-call rotation for escalated network issues.
Assist in upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle management of network components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Systems Engineering.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Technical Directors and/or other appropriate administrators.
Monitor network health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.

Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure is an advantage.
Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are preferred.
