Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in email marketing
- Expertise in email marketing strategies, campaign management, and advanced platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, etc.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of advanced email marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of email campaigns, including segmentation, content, design, and testing to optimize performance.
- Utilize our email marketing platform to its full potential, leveraging its capabilities for automation, personalization, and analytics to deliver best-in-class email experiences.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, CTAs, content, and email designs. Use insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key email marketing KPIs. Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and inform broader marketing strategies.
- Work closely with creative, product, and data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
