Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within financial services, banking, or credit cards
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, particularly with third-party processors (FIS experience is a plus)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience approving and tracking invoices
  • Understanding of credit card operations, inventory management, and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate between multiple teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet), and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor meetings, set agendas, track action items, and drive accountability
  • Serve as a liaison between FIS and OneMain Financial’s product & operations teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
  • Monitor and manage the status of Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure timely execution
  • Review, approve, and track monthly vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee credit card plastic inventory, ensuring adequate supply levels and coordinating reorders as needed
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective execution
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key workflows and procedures
