Responsibilities
- Identify operational challenges and opportunities across the value chain, using a structured problem-solving approach grounded in data.
- Conduct root cause analyses and translate findings into business implications with financial and operational rigor.
- Work closely with business partners throughout the organization to scope, refine, and analyze datasets—focusing on insights that drive meaningful action.
- Synthesize complex data and operational insights into polished, concise presentations tailored for senior executives.
- Build compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions—telling the story behind the numbers.
- Lead content development for senior leadership meetings.
- Manage workstreams across high-priority initiatives, coordinating with partners in field operations, supply chain, merchandising, and finance.
- Track and manage key deliverables from senior operations meetings and field visits—ensuring follow-through and clarity of ownership.
- Curate and develop internal communications highlighting operational milestones, best practices, and team achievements.
