Requirements

  • Proven and full scope experience in evaluating, negotiating, and maintaining ad tech partnerships and/or partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech partner ecosystem, its underlying performance technology, and what differentiates partner A from B.
  • Specific focus on the measurement and attribution space will be valued.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a knack for cutting through industry jargon, understanding true core value.
  • 8+ years of professional work experience within digital media partnerships or a similar field.
  • Highly collaborative and flexible work style, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective partnership terms and go-to-market roll outs.
  • A naturally curious mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter who’s hungry to attack new challenges that come with launching new industry-first ad platform features.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Partnership Program: Identify, develop, and manage a strategic partnership program framework for repeatable and trackable success, with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Partnership Development: Prospect, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key players in the ad tech industry — including data, measurement, audience, creative, and API solutions providers.
  • Partnerships Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of partnerships, serving as the primary POC for partners.
  • Partnership Evaluation: Track and report on partnership performance, including revenue generation, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Deal Management: Working closely with business and legal teams, you’ll negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring clear expectations, deliverables, and KPIs are defined.
  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate with various teams to develop and deliver joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market adoption.
  • Market Feedback: Ensure customer feedback is collected, aggregated, and incorporated to drive partnership enhancements.
