Requirements
- Proficiency with any payroll system (bonus points for proficiency in multiple payroll systems)(ex: Gusto, ADP, UKG, etc.)
- 2+ years experience in payroll processing or support for payroll customers, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and practices (bonus points for experience with construction payroll)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll correction cases, ensuring swift and accurate resolution of YTD data import issues
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to hold others accountable to deadlines and quality standards, and communicate clear expectations and status updates
- Call on your resources to investigate details around tax compliance & proper payroll handling, always ensuring our customers have the most accurate payroll data & tax configurations
- Partner with customers in screenshare sessions to hear concerns & investigate discrepancies
- Dive deep into payroll data spreadsheets, often utilizing spreadsheets skills to speed up what would normally be pain-stakingly manual data entry
