Requirements
- Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Commercial Pilot Certificate with single or multi-engine and instrument rating without limitations
- FAA issued Second Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to pass a FAA/Military Pilot Background Check and mandatory drug and alcohol screen
- A minimum of 1500 hours total fixed-wing as pilot-in-command (PIC) time in a multi-engine turbo prop aircraft, jet aircraft or combination thereof in aircraft with GTOW 12,500 or greater
- Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command pandemic restriction requirements for deployed locations
- Ability to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS operating locations
- Active Current Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Operate the most innovative aircraft and equipment in very challenging operational environments
- Conduct casualty evacuation
- Conduct maritime patrol
- Conduct experimental test flights
- Conduct special mission training
- Conduct fighter aircraft training
- Support various other missions supporting the Nation’s war fighters
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Issued Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- Recent mission completion and/or prior service
- US Military survival and/or physiological training
- 2000 hours total fixed-wing time as pilot-in-command (PIC) or second-in-command (SIC) in a multi-engine turbo-prop aircraft, jet aircraft or combination thereof with GTOW 12,500 or greater
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, NASA or US Military
