Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
  • 10+ years of experience utilizing analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics in a B2B environment (preferably SaaS industry).
  • Proven track record of supporting and influencing business strategy through analytics.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including causal modeling, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in data analysis and driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a business audience.
  • A proactive approach with a bias for action—willing to build prototypes and refine them based on feedback, prioritizing progress over perfection.
  • Strong curiosity and analytical mindset, with a passion for diving into data details.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyze data from various domains, including marketing, sales, and finance to identify key trends and relationships.
  • Provide strategic marketing analytics to support Marketing operations, Sales operations and enhancement efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and develop approaches to solve critical business problems, leveraging your experience and expertise.
  • Design, enhance, and scale dashboards, visualizations, and automations to support marketing and business analytics needs.
  • Work closely with leaders in Marketing to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and determine the root causes of performance trends.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques, such as causal inference methods, to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders through detailed reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake, is highly desirable.
