Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent STEM related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of direct relevant experience with B.S degree; Minimum of 6 years of direct relevant experience with Masters degree; Minimum of 4 years of direct relevant experience with PhD.
- Familiarity with automated test systems, software loading tools, and diagnostic platforms.
- Experience in circuit design and development
- Experience with lab test equipment such as function generator, oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Must currently hold or be able to maintain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Common Munitions BIT/Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE) Program
- Apply knowledge of military interfaces and standards for munition testing and reprogramming
- Address sustainability issues for CMBRE, (ex. DMSMS issues)
- Access, interpret, and recommend changes to engineering drawings
- Frequent opportunities to interact with Program Management, external suppliers and/or government customers, therefore excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential to succeeding in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with munitions test and reprogramming equipment, especially CMBRE systems.
- Experience with PCB design
- Familiarity with military communication protocols and standards.
