Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, a master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 3 years of experience
- Experience with modeling and simulation in missile defense
- Experience in agile software development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in developing and maintaining requirements and technical documentation
- Able to prioritize, execute and delegate tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
- Basic Understanding of MBSE tools and software, such as Cameo Enterprise Architect or other industry-specific MBSE tools
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Bellevue, NE
- Active Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance
Responsibilities
- Multidiscipline knowledge in all areas related to systems engineering including systems design, modeling, requirements development, and integration and test
- Diplomatically interface with all levels of management, employees, internal and external customers, and vendors
- Experience writing and reviewing CONOPS

- Experience using MBSE & Cameo
- Data Analysis & RF Mission processing
