Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant Supply Chain systems implementation, design, or support or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Supply Chain systems implementation, design, or support.
- Relevant experience implementing or supporting Blue Yonder, JDA or Manugistics or predecessor systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Blue Yonder ESP and Sequencing continuous improvement, issue resolution & triage, and further leveraging our capabilities.
- Further drive towards zero touch planning.
- Monitor key Global Supply Chain and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data, as well as coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Support the Supply Chain planning technology roadmap.
- Design & deploy cross functional technology improvements.
- Identify and complete complex system technical work.
- Support Anaplan tool enhancements and other planning tools.
- Provide Business Requirements, create test cases, and complete testing as needed.
- Ensure successful patch deployment.
- Work in partnership with IT, GSCP and other team members.
- Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions supporting business goals.
- Support business execution of new programs and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hands-on knowledge of two or more disciplines within supply chain-demand planning, supply planning, distribution requirements planning, materials planning, operations scheduling, or master data planning.
- Mastery of Supply Chain system implementation experience (Blue Yonder, SAP, ECC, APO, Manugistics, BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Superior project management skills, including leading and running cross-functional teams and programs. Detailed knowledge of PMI processes and PMP accreditation.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, change management, stakeholder engagement, and influence experience.
- Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt with a familiarity with the DMAIC process.
