Requirements
- An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start.
- 8 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field; 6 years’ experience with a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field; or 12 years’ experience in lieu of a degree
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT – Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) is required
- Candidate must be highly skilled in system administration, monitoring, application management, and automation disciplines to ensure efficient system delivery, optimal performance, uptime, and robust cybersecurity posture.
- The candidate should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in directing the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) as well as Operating Instructions (OIs) necessary for effectively administering, operating, and managing services within C2BMC operational environments.
- Prior experience with virtualization and storage technologies such as Nutanix or VMware products, as well as automation with products like Ansible, Bash, Perl, and PowerShell.
- Proven experience with Windows Domain Controllers, PKI infrastructure, and managing certificates on Windows domain controllers is essential.
- Familiarity with IBM DataPower products, particularly troubleshooting certificates within DataPower proxies, is required.
- Experience with Red Hat or other Linux-based server administration is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance activities, including both on-site and remote telephonic maintenance support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for C2BMC applications, providing Level 2 troubleshooting, break/fix solutions, and preventative maintenance support, involving regular interaction with remote C2BMC sites and varying levels of leadership within the C2BMC Command Center.
- Be a proactive problem solver, capable of planning, coordinating, directing, and managing individual projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
- Position is normally Mon – Fri: potential surges, may require on-call, evenings and weekends support during system anomalies and or tests.
