Responsibilities
- SME level support for large deployments of Microsoft Exchange environments and messaging systems across multiple classification levels
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing Microsoft Exchange servers
- Troubleshoot complex problems in Microsoft Exchange environments
- Implement backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity
- Participate in system design and changes related to Microsoft Exchange
- Collaborate with other engineers to enhance email systems
- Providing technical support to end users for software and/or hardware issues
- Serving as technical and functional training expert
- Ensuring the security and integrity of system and product solutions
- Presenting clear, organized & concise information to audiences to enable business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2022
